Lab & X-ray Results

X-rays taken in clinic will be viewed at the time of the visit and discussed with the patient.  

Outside radiology test results will be faxed to the clinic.

Urgent Care Cypress offers:
Rapid PT/INR testing- results within 60 seconds
Rapid Blood glucose testing- results within 60 seconds

Specimens collected (blood, urine, tissue samples) for non-rapid tests are sent to an out side laboratory for processing.  

In most instances, medical assistants will call patients with the results after the physician has reviewed the laboratory and radiology reports and test results. If you do not hear from the clinic within 2-3 days of your scheduled test or office visit, please call us for the results.  

Prescription Refills

Please call the clinic for refills before your prescription completely runs-out to avoid any lapses in dosages.  The physician will need to approve all prescription refills.  

Medical Records Requests

We are happy to provide copies of medical records with the proper authorization forms completed.  Please call ahead with your requests so that we may prepare the records and avoid extended wait times.
